All our volunteers receive comprehensive training tailored to their specific role and responsibilities, with ongoing support and development opportunities offered throughout their volunteering journey.
Every volunteer plays an important role in supporting Northamptonshire Police and the time commitment varies depending on the role you choose to take on. Special Constables are asked to commitment a minimum of 16 hours a month, while Police Support Volunteers are more flexible, with hours being dependent on their role and department.
