This week is Police Staff Recognition Week, which sees forces across the UK come together to honour the contribution made by police staff in the many and varied roles they do.
This national recognition week was launched last year by the National Police Chiefs' Council, supported by the College of Policing, to shine a spotlight on the individuals and teams who play an important role within the policing family.
Each day this week we will be showcasing the work of different teams and departments, and some of the staff who work in them.
These profiles will showcase the varied areas of work that police staff are involved in and how they contribute to frontline policing and keeping our communities safe.
Look out for the articles and videos throughout the week.
Thank you for #celebratingpolicestaff with us all this week as part of the 2025 Police Staff Week of Celebration and Recognition.
We hope you've enjoyed our videos and articles, and have learned more about the many different departments, teams and police staff roles that contribute to policing, crime prevention and community safety in Northamptonshire.
We want to say a big thank you to all the staff who took part, and to you for reading their stories.
