This site is a beta, which means it's a work in progress and we'll be adding more to it over the next few weeks. Your feedback helps us make things better, so please let us know what you think.
We have recently introduced a text message survey to seek feedback on your recent experience with Northamptonshire Police, when an officer(s) attended an incident reported by you. We want to deliver outstanding service and your feedback will be used to improve our services.
We appreciate you taking the time to complete our short survey by responding to the text you received (your usual charges will apply).
You can confirm that the text you received was sent by us by checking the number it came from: 07800 002023 (this may show as +447800 002023).
The text message will look like this:
Taking part in any of our feedback surveys is optional. Whether you choose to take part will have no impact on your case.
You may also opt out and not receive future survey messages from us. You can do this via text or by emailing us at [email protected] with your phone number that we contacted you on.
You can withdraw your consent for us to use your response to this survey at any time. Northamptonshire Police takes your privacy seriously. See our privacy notice for full details.
The survey responses give us a view of the level of service you received at a force-wide level. Responses will also be reviewed by the relevant local command team so that they can pick up any areas for improvement and recognise when good service has been provided.
If you need a specific update on the incident or crime that you reported to us then please ring 101.
If you are dissatisfied with the service that we have provided and wish to submit a formal complaint to the force, you can do so via the Complaints page on our website.
