Public surveys
Northamptonshire Police is continually striving to improve its service to victims of crime, and to do so we need your feedback.
If you have reported a crime or incident that has taken place in Northamptonshire, then your feedback will let us know how well we responded to you and what we need to do to be able to provide a better service to victims, or anyone who calls on our services.
There are two ways in which Northamptonshire Police seeks feedback on the satisfaction with the service you received; by telephone, or by text message.
Through these surveys, we are able to seek feedback from around 2500 victims a year who, within the past three months, have reported either:
- a residential burglary
- vehicle crime
- an assault
- a hate crime
- ASB incident
- have been the victim of domestic abuse
