Today, we’re celebrating the UN’s International Day of People with Disabilities (IDPWD).
This short video, made by our officers and staff, shows the people behind the disability and how it motivates them to achieve.
We are committed to creating a police service for everyone. Whether that’s for people within the organisation, those looking to join, or for people who may become victims of crime due to their disability.
We are always working to become a truly inclusive organisation and hope this video will help spark a conversation on what diverse skills people bring and why it’s safe to say who you are.
