Man charged with drug offence in Rushden

A 32-year-old man has been remanded in custody after being charged in connection with two drug offences.

Rudigar Skinner of Bridge Court, Washbrook Road in Rushden, appeared before Northampton Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, September 2, charged with possession with intent to supply a Class A drug – namely cocaine and possession with intent to supply a Class B drug – namely cannabis.

In addition to this, Skinner was also charged with two counts of acquire/use/or had possession of criminal property – namely a vehicle and £4,361 in cash.

Skinner was remanded in custody until his trial at Northampton Crown Court, which is due to be held on Tuesday, October 17.
