A man has been jailed for six months after admitting to carrying a knife.
Jack Burbridge, aged 22, was charged with possession of an offensive weapon after he was found with a knife in Lowick Road, Kettering, on Monday, September 13.
He appeared before Northampton Magistrates’ Court yesterday, Wednesday, September 15, where he entered a guilty plea and was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment.
Burbridge, of no fixed address, was also recalled to prison in connection with a previously imposed sentence.
He was ordered to pay a £128 victim surcharge and a deprivation order was made in relation to the knife.
