Police officers have released CCTV images of a group of people they wish to identify following an incident of arson adjacent to the Sixfields stadium in Northampton.
The incident happened on Wednesday, May 27, between 1.30pm and 2.15pm, when someone deliberately set fire to rubble at the construction site next to the stadium which then spread to a nearby shipping container.
The fire went on to destroy the contents of the container causing around £4,500 worth of damage.
The people in the images could assist officers with their enquiries so they, or anyone who recognises them, should call Northamptonshire Police on 101. You can also call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111. Information can also be submitted online at www.northants.police.uk/RO.
