Welfare concern following incident in Kettering park

Police officers are appealing for witnesses following a welfare concern in Grafton Street, Kettering.

The incident happened between 12pm and 1pm on Sunday, July 26, when a male and female were witnessed in a potential state of undress.

The man is described as a tall white man, with short brown hair and brown beard. He was wearing blue jeans, a baby blue buttoned shirt and was carrying a sleeping bag and a pillow.

The female was also white, of a slim build, with brown wavy hair and wearing a baby pink jumper with white dots on it, baby blue jeans and carrying a white blanket.
