Police officers are appealing for witnesses following an affray in Nene Road, Higham Ferrers.
The incident happened on Monday, March 3, between 2.10am and 2.30am, when a woman and her boyfriend were chased by a group of young males who also damaged a car in the area.
Witnesses or anyone with information should call Northamptonshire Police on 101, or Crimestoppers in confidence on 0800 555111.
