Serious road traffic collision on A5, Long Buckby Wharf

Witnesses are being sought after a man was seriously injured in a collision on the A5 junction of Three Bridges Road and B4036 at Long Buckby Wharf.

At about 4.10pm on Wednesday, February 22, a collision occurred between a black Ford Fiesta and a yellow Volvo HGV. The driver of the Fiesta was taken to University Hospital Coventry with serious injuries.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have captured the collision on dash-cam footage.
