Fatal road traffic collision on B645 Kimbolton Road, near Chelveston

Witnesses are being sought following a fatal road traffic collision on the B645 Kimbolton Road, near Chelveston.

At about 2.40pm on Sunday, February 26, a silver VW Passat travelling away from Chelveston, was in collision with a blue Kawasaki motorcycle travelling in the opposite direction.

Sadly, the motorcyclist – a man in his 20s – was pronounced dead at the scene. The female driver of the car – a woman in her 70s – was taken to Kettering General Hospital with serious injuries.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have dash-cam footage of the collision.
