Appeal for dog walkers after assault in Gordon Street, Kettering

Police officers are appealing for witnesses after a woman was assaulted in Gordon Street, Kettering.
The incident happened between 11pm on Saturday, February 4, and 2am on Sunday, February 5, when a woman was assaulted by a man and subsequently assisted by dog walkers.
Those dog walkers are asked to come forward as they may have information which could assist the investigation.
Witnesses or anyone with information should call Northamptonshire Police on 101.
A 29-year-old man has been arrested in connection with this incident and released on bail pending further enquiries.
