Police officers are appealing for witnesses after an aggravated burglary at the Premier Store in Station Road, Earls Barton.
At about 11.10am on Thursday, February 16, two males entered the store with baseball bats and stole vapes from behind the counter. No one was threatened or assaulted during the incident.
A 15-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with this incident and released on police bail pending further enquiries. However, detectives investigating the incident are appealing for witnesses to help identify the second suspect.
He is described as white, aged 15-16 years, and of a slim/skinny build. He was wearing a black and white Inside Out zipped hoody, slim black leg Nike tracksuit bottoms, white Nike trainers and a balaclava. He had a black metal bat with a silver handle, which had yellow tape around the middle.
Witnesses or anyone with any information which could assist with the investigation are asked to call Northamptonshire Police on 101, or alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
