Witnesses are being sought after a 17-year-old boy sustained a broken jaw during an assault in Corby.
The incident took place between 7.15pm and 7.45pm on Friday, May 6, when the boy was approached by another teenage boy in Willowbrook Road at its junction with Rowlett Road.
Following a verbal exchange between the boys, the offender punched the boy in the face breaking his jaw.
Witnesses or anyone with information which could assist the investigation are asked to call Northamptonshire Police on 101 or alternatively, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

A 15-year-old boy from Corby has been arrested in connection with this incident and has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
