Criminal damage in Ashby Road, Daventry

Police officers are appealing for witnesses after a Covid-19 banner was defaced outside Falconers Hill Infant School in Ashby Road, Daventry.
The incident took place between 3.30pm on Monday, January 4 and 8.30am on Tuesday, January 5, when a Northamptonshire County Council banner promoting social distancing was vandalised.
The offender/s wrote “no white in poster” and “white lives matter” using a black marker pen and used masking tape to cover the faces of minority groups depicted on the banner.
