1. How many reports have been made to Northamptonshire Police of sexual assaults which are alleged to have taken place at Northamptonshire hospitals between November 2022 and November 2024?

2. How many reports have been made to Northamptonshire Police of rape which are alleged to have taken place at Northamptonshire hospitals between November 2022 and November 2024?

3. How many of the above points 1 and 2 were reported to have taken place on a hospital ward?

4. How many people have been charged with sexual assault/rape re. 1 and 2 above?

Response

Unfortunately, Northamptonshire Police are unable to provide you with the information requested because it is not held in an easily retrievable format. Compliance with your request would require our analysts to manually review a minimum of 111 occurrences of under 18s held detained in custody. We estimate this would take approximately 10 minutes per record which would exceed the appropriate cost limit of £450.
