I would like to make an FOI request to find out the number of drivers that have received fines for driving without a valid MOT certificate.
I would like the data to include how much money the fine was for and whether the fine has been paid or if it was dismissed.
Please provide data for the last 12 months (July 2024 – August 2025).

The Fixed Penalty Notice, if accepted, carries a fine of £100.
