Unfortunately, Northamptonshire Police are unable to provide you with the information requested. Compliance with your request would require our analysts to manually review at least 1406 records to establish if a child was linked to criminal exploitation, county lines activity or looked after. To do this would exceed the appropriate cost limit of £450.
Accordingly, please accept this Refusal Notice under s12(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (The Act).
We always strive to provide the highest level of service that we can with the finite resources at our disposal. However, to provide advice and assistance to help you revise your request as outlined in s16 of The Act, it is suggested that we may be able to provide total figures regarding: -
Under 18s linked as a Victim, Suspect or Offender for Drug Related Offences
Under 18s linked as a Victim, Suspect or Offender for Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Offences
For the period 01/01/2022 to 01/01/2025.
