Please could you provide the total number of Disclosure Requests made under the Domestic Violence Disclosure Scheme (also known as “Clare’s Law”)" during the following periods by Gender
1st April 2022 up to and including 31st March 2023 1st April 2023 up to and including 31st March 2024 1st April 2024 up to and including 31st March 2025

Unfortunately, Northamptonshire Police are unable to provide you with the information requested, as it is not held in a readily accessible format.
Having searched our recording systems, we have found 1,872 occurrences which relate to the Domestic Violence Disclosure Scheme (Clare’s Law) between 1st April 2022 and 31st March 2025.
Our analysts would require approximately 5 minutes per record to manually ascertain genders and ‘Person at Risk’, which would exceed the appropriate cost limit of £450.
