FOI 19862-25 Livestock thefts
Request:
Number of incidents of thefts of livestock in the county broken down by species, year on year from 2000 to 2025, specifically Sheep/Lambs and Pigs.
Response:
Searched for all theft offences with stolen property recorded as either CATTLE, PIG, SHEEP, HORSES, CHICKEN, DONKEY, GOATS, EQUINE or POULTRY, between the years 2016 and 2025 (up to 13 October 2025 at 2.54pm).
Due to a change of systems, data is not available before March 2016.
