Please can you provide the total number of charges brought for the following offences recorded in your force area, by calendar year, from 2021 onwards.
Driving without due care
Driving without reasonable consideration Driving while under the influence of alcohol Driving while under the influence of drugs Exceeding statutory speed limit on a public road

Please can you confirm what you mean by charges?
For instance, Due care, Reasonable consideration and Excess speed are usually dealt with by way of a Fixed Penalty Notice (which is not charged?)
Alcohol and drugs would normally be charged in custody or a summons.
Clarified:
I am happy to look at Fixed Penalty Notices for the listed offences.
If you are not able to answer regarding charges for drink/drug driving then the total number of arrests would work just as well. The aim is to have a broad picture of the rate of different types of driving offences within the force area.
