1. How many officers and staff have been found guilty of gross misconduct in 2025 up to 14/04/25?

For context, as at March 2025 Northamptonshire Police comprised of 1,467.9 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Police Officers, 84.4 FTE Police Community Support Officers (PCSO), 1050.18 Other Members of Police Staff, together with a further 104 Special Constables; a total of 2,602.48 FTE individuals.
Gross Misconduct is defined as a Breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour so serious that if either admitted or proven, dismissal from the Police Service would be justified. These matters are heard at a Misconduct Hearing.
The available outcomes at a Misconduct Hearing are:
