In relation to the Supreme Court ('the SC') ruling in For Women Scotland vs The Scottish Ministers, which clarified the meaning of 'sex' in the Equality Act 2010 and the EHRC interim guidance, please could you set out what action(s) have you taken to ensure your policies and training aligns with the SC ruling and in consequence with the Equality Act 2010?
