Terrorism is a real and constant threat to us all. Despite the work done by the Police and Intelligence Agencies, we rely on information from local people to help detect and prevent terrorist crimes. Sometimes as has occurred in Northampton, fraudsters are not just criminals but are fundraisers for terrorist groups. Members are always requested to be extra vigilant when dealing with suspect refunds or other frauds.
