Constables to Sergeants on Promotion (Transferees)

At Northamptonshire Police, we believe every resident has the right to live in a safe environment. When crime happens, we’re there to ensure that those responsible are caught, putting preventative measures in place to reduce repeat offending and working with our community to ensure they feel secure in their homes and on the streets.

Putting the victim at the heart of our work, we strive to ensure they are constantly supported. In order to continue delivering excellent police services, we therefore promote a collaborative working ethos in which our highly skilled teams work together to achieve the best results. Committed to upholding the values of being honest, fair, approachable and reliable, we work alongside the other emergency services and forces, resulting in an atmosphere which is friendly, dynamic and innovative.
