As from 1 st October 2010, Northamptonshire Police will adopt OGC Model Standard Terms and Conditions of Contract for the purchase of goods and services entered into via a tender, quotation, mini-tender with details raised on Northamptonshire Police Official Purchase Orders.
Any tender or contract prior to the 1 st October 2010, will remain under the relevant terms and conditions outlined within the tender document or contract document.
Any purchase order prior to the 1 st October 2010, will remain under the Northamptonshire Standard Terms and Conditions V1, which will expire on completion of each relevant purchase order.
This is following good business practice, standardisation and aiding collaboration within the public sector.
