A 30-year-old man from Kettering has been arrested on warrant and returned to prison.
Officers from the Force's Offender Management Team raided an address in Kettering on Tuesday and arrested the man who was wanted after having been recalled to prison for being in breach of his release licence.
He had also been charged with an offence of house burglary but had failed to appear at court.
Officers forced entry to the property and a quantity of drugs was also recovered.
Detective Inspector Nick Purdie, from the Offender Management Team, said: "We are committed to ensuring the safety of communities within the county by arresting those who are determined to break the law.
"This arrest shows that there is no hiding place and that positive action will also be taken against those who assist offenders and help them to commit crime or evade prosecution."
