Opportunities for businesses through sponsorship

The Force works with its partner agencies and all communities within Northamptonshire in order to reduce crime and disorder. The ready availability and high visibility of police officers and community support officers helps to increase public confidence and prevent crime.

Through its work in partnership with other organisations the Force is able enhance the use of its resources in ways which are often high profile and of interest to the public and the media.

Business support

Police forces throughout the UK are able to accept sponsorship equivalent to 1% of their annual budget. This might involve simple one-off financial support or longer-term partnerships.

Providing support in this way is likely to enhance the local and regional profile of your company, increase awareness of your products and services and highlight your corporate social responsibility. Your company’s sponsorship would help the police combat crime and demonstrate your concern for the welfare of your staff, customers and the community in which they live and work.
