POLICE are appealing for witnesses following four incidents of criminal damage at the Salvation Army premises in Cottingham Road, Corby over the past six weeks.
Two of the incidents, in which a window was smashed with a brick, occurred between 4.45pm on Wednesday 7 and 8.30am on Friday 9 November.
PC Keely Harper from Kettering Safer Community Team, said: “There have been four incidents in the past six weeks, where windows have been damaged at the church.
“We are working with The Salvation Army and Corby Borough Council to provide CCTV cameras and one of our crime prevention specialists will be visiting the church to provide security and crime prevention advice. We have also increased patrols in the area.
“Anyone with any information relating to this incident or who sees any suspicious activity in the area is asked to call Corby Police on 101.
