Northampton: Police name boy following incident in West Cotton Close

We can now confirm the name of the two-year-old boy who died after being recovered from a canal in Northampton.

Jehovah Pembele, also known as Giovani, died at Glenfield Hospital in Leicester at 3.25am yesterday (Sunday 29 July).



Witnesses to this incident, or anyone with information, should call Northamptonshire Police on 101 - alternatively, information can be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
