A DISPERSAL order will be active on the Redwell East area of Wellingborough from the middle of August.

The order has been sought to combat reports of anti-social behaviour in the area.

It will run for three months, from 10 August to 12 November, and will give police officers and PCSOs the power to move potential troublemakers out of the designated area under Section 30 of the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003.

Hatton Park cricket ground, Redwell Leisure Centre and the Redwell Schools all fall within the dispersal zone.
