Adrian Lee Chief Constable

Adrian Lee joined the Force as the Chief Constable of Northamptonshire Police in October 2009.
Previously, in December 2003, Adrian was with Staffordshire Police as Assistant Chief Constable (Crime and Operations). In December 2005 he was made temporary Deputy Chief Constable (DCC), and was fully promoted to the post of DCC in December 2006. He then became the Temporary Chief Constable of Staffordshire Police until his appointment with Northamptonshire.
Adrian 's career began at Greater Manchester Police where he joined as a graduate entrant in 1985 and was latterly the Divisional Commander for the South Manchester Division - one of the largest basic command units in the country.
The division's geography includes Wythenshaw, the largest housing estate in Europe , and areas such as Moss Side and Longsight, generating tough inner-city policing issues such as gang violence and gun crime.
Adrian is a graduate of the Gregorian University in Rome and Manchester University . He has a B.Phil in Philosophy, an LLB (Hons), an MA in Management and an M.Phil in Police Ethics. |
